OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale between the provider and the user at the moment in which the user checks the corresponding box during the online contracting process, as a sign of conformity. ORDERING PROCEDURE

Buying through our virtual store is very simple:

3.- If you wish to purchase any more products click “Continue shopping”. You can, at any time, view the contents of your shopping cart.

We inform you that in the event of an erroneous and/or clearly derisory price being displayed, for whatever reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be cancelled even in the case of initial validation.

PAYMENT METHODS

SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

All our shipments to the peninsula are free of charge.

In Innova Ediciones, S.L. we ship to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.  For shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, please consult prices.

(The shipping cost will vary depending on the price due to taxes).

We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

DELIVERY TIMES

When you place an order:

NO-SHOWS AT DELIVERY

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, do not worry. The courier will try to call you to arrange a new delivery. If he is unable to reach you at the telephone number you have provided, he will leave a note of passage on your door or in your mailbox. Just follow the instructions on the note, and you will be able to arrange a new delivery with the courier the next day.

If none of the above situations occurs, this absence will be notified to us as an incident, so Innova Ediciones will try to contact you within 24 working hours to arrange a new delivery. This new delivery attempt can be made up to a maximum of 3 times, free of charge. If we do not get an answer within this period, your order will be returned and we will refund you the total amount if your order has been paid by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. In any of the above cases, you can contact us at administracion@revistajaraysedal.es and we will expedite the delivery of your order as soon as possible.

APPLICABLE GUARANTEES

The provider guarantees the quality of the products it covers, in the terms and terms established by law, from the date of delivery.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, we will opt for repair, replacement of the item, discount or refund, in the terms established by law.

The products are out of warranty for the following reasons:

  • If they have received, once delivered to the customer, any deterioration due to external events or accidents.
  • If both the identification number and the guaranteed product itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the provider.
  • If the general conditions imposed by a manufacturer for a product so indicate.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a maximum period of 30 calendar days to request the return of your order counted from the day on which the material delivery of the goods took place.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at the address Innova Ediciones, S.L C/ Suecia, nº 84 28002 Madrid, or by e-mail at administracion@revistajaraysedal.es of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.

RETURNS PROCESS

The product must not be used.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by e-mail: administracion@revistajaraysedal.es. We will reply within 48 working hours.

Once your return has been accepted, we will send our courier company CORREOS to pick up your order at the delivery address, return without travel. This process has a cost of 6€ for the return courier service. This cost of return will be settled between INNOVA EDITIONS and the customer. You should not pay anything to the courier.

We will notify you by email, when the warehouse of origin receives your order.

From that moment, we will refund your money within a maximum period of 7 working days, by the same means of payment.

To make any return it is necessary that it is made with the original packaging and the package packed, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

The return will be subject to review of the article by INNOVA EDITIONS and if it has suffered a use that has damaged it.

ABSENCES IN THE COLLECTION

If it is not possible to pick up your order the day after requesting the return, do not worry, we can send a courier up to 3 times the following working days of your return request.

If the courier comes to your home to pick up the order and is absent, we will contact you within 24 working hours to try to arrange a new delivery.

We can try to pick up the order up to a maximum of 3 times, if we do not manage to pick up the order within this period, the return will be rejected.
