HIKMICRO introduces Raptor series binoculars combining digital thermal and night vision

El Caldén Outdoor and HIKMICRO present the Raptor series consisting of 6 models of binoculars with digital night/day and thermal vision. The main feature of these devices is the fusion of several technologies that until now were presented in separate devices, united in a single binocular: thermal vision, optical night/day vision, laser rangefinder with measurement up to 1,000 meters and IR illumination of 850nm or 940nm.

All 6 binocular versions share the low illumination CMOS optical sensor with 2560 x 1440 resolution. As for the thermal image sensor, the Raptor series has 2 models (RH50-L and RH50-LN) with 384 x 288 resolution, while the remaining 4 (RQ50-L, RQ50-LN, R50-QG WLVE and R75-QG WLVE) contain a 640 x 512 thermal sensor.

On the other hand, if we talk about the features that all the models in the series have in common, we can highlight that these devices contain a laser rangefinder with a maximum detection range of 1,000 metres, an internal memory of 64 GB for storing videos and captured images.

The battery is removable, powered by 3 18650 batteries at the same time that offer a battery life of up to 8 hours of uninterrupted operation. The binocular comes with 6 batteries and an external charger with the capacity to charge 4 batteries at the same time.
